Dr. Rucker founded the clinic in 1992. Dr. Rucker, along with his wife, Merrie, had a dream to develop a full-service facility for pets that would provide top-of-the-line boarding, grooming, and veterinary care. Through much hard work, determination, and prayer, this dream has become a reality. Winchester Pet Care Center has been successfully caring for pets since 1992
