Greystone Pet Hospital was founded on Campbell Lane in Bowling Green in 1988 by Dr. Betty Stephenson. From one doctor and one assistant in November of that year to American Animal Hospital certification in 1993, to its current staff of two veterinarians and seventeen technicians, client services representatives and hospital/patient care people, Greystone has developed its reputation as a place where people who care deeply about their pets can go to get the kind of medical care that they want. AAHA is veterinary medicine's only quality control organization, and participation in it is voluntary. Greystone was Bowling Green's first hospital to seek and achieve certification. Dr. Matt Paxton took over the reins at Greystone in December of 2009, and Greystone has continued to thrive! Currently he and Dr. Emily Johnson along with long time office manager Debbie Witmer are at the helm. Their commitment to quality medicine and quality customer service is as important and strong as ever!
