Dr. Gerard Boston and Dr. Kristen Boston purchased Covington Veterinary Hospital in 2001. Dr. Gerard Boston graduated from Louisiana State School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. Dr. Kristen Boston graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. They met during an internship at Apex Veterinary Hospital in Apex, North Carolina. After practicing in Georgia and Maryland, they returned to Louisiana in 1996 and purchased the hospital in 2001
