In 2021, Big Sky Ranch/CATNIP Foundation completed a clinic expansion project and moved its base of operations to 82060 Highway 25 in Folsom. The clinic expansion began during the height of the initial COVID crisis in 2020. Becky Robinson, the president and founder of Alley Cat Allies, provided the support needed to launch hospital services and continues keeping hospital doors open
