Dr. Kelsey Stokes has served the Monroe community for over 5 years. In 2024, Dr. Stokes and several other local veterinarians teamed together to open Monroe’s first and only pet ER. Dr. Stokes relishes the opportunity to support, educate, and meet pet owners and their animals. The Parish Pet Clinic was established in 2025

Mission — Our mission is to provide personalized, passionate care to our pet patients and their people. Pet owners are an integral part of a pet’s care team. At The Parish Pet Clinic, we include and support pet owners in the creation of treatment plans for their pets, leading to improved outcomes for pet patients and stronger bonds with our clients
