Dr. Lionel de la Houssaye moved to Thibodaux in spring of 1993. They purchased West Park Animal Hospital in Gray. Soon after, the name was changed to de la Houssaye Animal Hospital. He opened a second office in February 1999 in Thibodaux
Mission — It is the mission and purpose of de la Houssaye Animal Hospital to help our clients realize a greater bond between themselves and their family pet through a comprehensive program of pet wellness care unmatched by any other. Our Clients and their family pet will receive our total effort and dedication in achieving this bond. We will accomplish this with the best medical, surgical, and preventative care counseling we can provide to assure our family pets the high quality of life they deserve to have. We are committed to our clients and their pets 100% and truly value and appreciate their trust in us.
