Victory Veterinary Clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Sara Parker. Following her graduation from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001, Dr. Parker returned to her hometown to practice veterinary medicine as an associate veterinarian. Now, having more than 20 years of experience, she is opening her own private practice where she can provide excellence in animal health care with a personal touch
