With the flexibility and intimacy only available from a small business owner, Dr. Olmsted takes great measures to maximize his accessibility. The doctor can make himself available outside of normal business hours for appointments and house calls, and often answers the phone at home to offer consultation for those small issues that may not warrant emergency status but still concern a loving pet owner
