Overview
Walk-in vet care. Open to you. Kind to your pet
PetWellClinic was founded by Dr. Sam Meisler in 2009, inspired by the idea of a pet-focused 'minute clinic' during the Great Recession. With encouragement from his wife, Julie, Dr. Meisler envisioned a solution that would make preventive care both affordable and accessible for dog and cat owners. The concept became a reality in 2010 with the opening of our first clinic in Knoxville, TN. Since then, PetWellClinic has expanded nationwide, bringing our innovative care model to pet owners across the United States

What reviewers say
This walk-in veterinary clinic provides accessible, efficient, and affordable routine care and treatment for common pet illnesses. The facility is praised for its clean environment, convenient online check-in system, and transparent, reasonable pricing. The veterinary team and support staff are widely regarded as compassionate, patient, and exceptionally skilled at handling anxious or reactive animals. While not equipped for major surgical emergencies or after-hours care, the practice serves as a popular and reliable alternative for families seeking prompt attention without the traditional wait times and high costs associated with standard veterinary hospitals.
