Founded in 2012 as a 24/7 emergency service on November 12, 2012. 2014 - Construction completed on 2150 square foot expansion. - Launched internal medicine and surgery services. - CT scanner installed. 2019 - Construction completed on 7800 square foot expansion - Launched Neurology & Neurosurgery service - MRI installed and added a neurosurgery suite. 2021 - Construction completed on 1580 square foot expansion - Launched Physical Rehabilitation Service - Added 3 new surgery suites and expanded surgical capabilities. 2023 - Launched Anesthesia & Pain Management Service. 2025 - Launched Ophthalmology Service
