Overview
Ambulatory Veterinary Surgery is a referral-only mobile surgical practice serving Central Maryland and beyond, bringing advanced surgical services to local veterinary hospitals
After the birth of her twins, Dr. Havemann realized two things: time is precious, and life should be spent doing what you really love. For her, that is being present for her family and offering pets an improved quality of life through surgery. Dr. Havemann transitioned full-time to mobile surgery in 2021 so that she could offer her advanced surgical skill set to serve pets in the community in a more accessible and affordable way. Through her mobile practice, Ambulatory Veterinary Surgery, Inc., Dr. Havemann is able to offer much of the same surgical expertise found in a large specialty hospital, right in your local veterinary office. Through the purchase of Ambulatory Veterinary Surgery from retired surgeon, Dr. Ron Fallon, Dr. Havemann is very excited to continue to offer locum surgery services to the primary care veterinary hospitals of Maryland
Mission — My goal as a surgeon is to bridge the gap between your local veterinary hospital and larger multi-specialty veterinary referral hospitals by collaborating closely with your veterinarian to bring advanced surgical procedures directly into their practice. This approach minimizes the need for you to travel outside your community for surgical care, keeping your pet’s treatment close to home
