Dr. Carletti graduated from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. Upon graduation, Dr. Carletti started a house call practice to service animals that are unable to get to a veterinary hospital. In 2006, All Paws Animal Wellness Clinic was opened to provide a low cost alternative for spay/neuter, vaccinations and generalized health care
