Dr Seibel was born and raised in Maryland. Went to the University of Maryland and graduated with a bachelors and a masters in Animal Science with a focus on Dairy Science. Then went on to Tuskeegee University School of Veterinary Medicine to become a licensed veterinarian in 1995! Over the years she has worked small animal practices and emergency medicine while living in Carroll County with her husband Gary and son Matthew. She has bred and raised Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers since 1991. Currently she has three beautiful and sometimes devious Tollers, cats, chickens and goats. Decided to take a chance and opened Seibel Veterinary Services as a mobile practice in 2008 and bought the van that currently visits your home and pets in 2015
