Overview
We are gentle and compassionate - All of our staff have been trained to reduce the stress of veterinary visits for pets and their owners. This means lots of special treats, dog beds, cat perches, high-grip floors, calming music and in-room payment processing, among many other touches that make our clinic feel like home. We only book full-length 30-minute appointments, which means we will never rush you or your pet, and will take our time to get to know you. Additionally, we utilize unique combination and oral vaccines, which means we often only have to administer 1 or 2 injections to completely update your pets immunizations. Less pokes means less pain, less fear and fewer adverse reactions. We are modern - With a highly trained staff, after-hours veterinary phone support, a dedicated dental suite, digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory machines, advanced anesthetic monitoring and much more. We are online - Our practice is 100% paperless, which gives you access to your pet's medical records whenever you need them. Use our patient portal to view complete health history and browse and book appointments. Visit our online store to place orders, fulfill prescriptions and see recommendations. We have a welcoming, vibrant facility - Our hospital was designed for you and your pet's comfort and safety. We practice the highest quality veterinary medicine in a clean and vibrant facility with separate cat and dog exam rooms and treatment areas, a complimentary beverage station and WiFi throughout the facility. We have parking - Our large, dedicated parking lot guarantees an easy visit. We are on the Back Cove - Enjoy a walk on the trail after your appointment, or just the view from our reception windows. We are local - We strongly believe in living local. We make every effort to support our local community. We are convenient - Our location is just seconds from 295, allowing easy access from all of Portland, Falmouth, South Portland, Scarborough and Cape Elizabeth. We offer evening and Saturday hours to make sure even the busiest pet-owners can get great veterinary care. We are flexible - Don't have time for an appointment? Drop off your pet on the way to work, and pick them up on your drive home. We'll take care of any medical issues or wellness updates, and your pet will enjoy a day of love, fun and day-care!
