Dr. Cross is the owner and sole practitioner of Alpine Animal Hospital, which she personally designed and built. A lifelong resident of Genesee County, she was born in Flint, grew up in Grand Blanc (graduating from GBHS in 1973), and now lives in Davison. She earned her degree from the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1980
