Mission — The mission of APAWS (Animal Protection and Wellness Services) is to provide low cost veterinary services to area rescues as well as to the community and to be an assisting agency to local law enforcement by providing temporary holding and medical care to domesticated animals that are part of animal cruelty or neglect cases
