Overview

Welcome, and thank you for visiting us! It is our mission to provide you with the best possible customer service, client education and premium medical care for your companions. We are proud to provide a warm, state of the art facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our pets, like yours, are a significant part of our lives therefore we understand the importance of their wellbeing. After all, we wouldn’t accept anything less for our own!

The Companion Animal Clinic in Tecumseh, Michigan has been proudly serving the greater Lenawee County area since 1981. The clinic was started by veterinarian, Dr. Dennis R. White. Over the years, the building has gone through many expansions and remodels, expanding to better serve our growing clientele and to offer more technological advances in medicine and surgery for our beloved patients. Dr. Jamie M. Major (Michigan State University 2002) joined CAC and the Tecumseh community as an associate veterinarian in December 2004 and officially purchased the practice in 2015. Associate veterinarian, Dr. Valerie N. Wise (The Ohio State University 2002), was a welcome addition to the team in April 2015. Our newest associate doctor, a familiar face around the clinic for years, Dr. Emily Gebhardt (Michigan State University 2024), joined CAC in June 2024
