What reviewers say
Operating as a 24-hour emergency and specialty pet hospital, the facility provides vital urgent care for animals experiencing trauma, toxicity, and acute illnesses. The clinical team is widely regarded as compassionate, thorough, and communicative, offering detailed explanations and regular updates during stressful hospitalizations. While wait times can be lengthy due to a triage system prioritizing critical cases, and emergency services command high costs, the staff earns strong praise for treating pets with gentleness and providing comforting support during end-of-life care.
