Overview
Through low cost spay and neuter surgeries, and core vaccinations for cats and dogs, MN SNAP collaborates with communities across Minnesota to increase access to affordable veterinary care
Dr. Kim Culbertson founded MN SNAP on April 20, 2010 to fill Minnesota's unmet need for wide-scale and affordable spay and neuter surgeries. Since that day, she has worked tirelessly to advance and grow the mission impacting countless animals and clients while inspiring team members, mentees, volunteers, supporters and partners. She led MN SNAP as Medical Director until December 2023
