Overview
First and only poultry-focused mobile veterinary service in the Twin Cities
Twin Cities Poultry Medicine Services (TCPMS) LLC was founded by Dr. Zach Adams in 2023. Even though Dr. Adams' full-time job was in small animal medicine, he has always had a strong passion for all things poultry-related. This passion drove him to create the first and only mobile veterinary service that is focused solely on poultry in the Twin Cities area. TCPMS was developed to serve the people of the Twin Cities and surrounding communities, who own small flocks or independent production systems. Dr. Adams understands that it is very difficult to find a knowledgeable, affordable, local poultry veterinarian, which is the problem that TCPMS is here to solve. Whether you own 2 chickens or 2000+ turkeys, we are here to serve you. TCPMS was officially absorbed by TCCare Veterinary Clinic in 2026, when Dr. Adams purchased TCCare Veterinary Clinic (formerly Hopkins Pet Hospital)
Mission — TCPMS was founded on the belief that all producers, no matter the size of their flock, should have access to affordable and exceptional veterinary care. TCPMS is fully committed to our clients and strives to provide a one-stop shop for all your poultry health needs
