Dr. Gaskin graduated from the University of Minnesota Veterinary College in 1983, started in a mixed large and small animal practice with a focus on dairy herds. In 1988, he opened his own small animal practice in Prior Lake, Minnesota. A year later he moved the practice to Shakopee, Minnesota
