Originally opened as an out-patient clinic, we have grown into a full-service hospital. Dr. Sczepanski facilitated its transition from satellite clinic to full-service hospital. She became the managing partner in 1995. With the hard work of Dr. Reisdorf and the rest of the Forum team, she proudly built and opened the new hospital in 2005
