Eagle Animal Hospital & Pet Resort, originating from the old James Farm dairy barn (circa 1889), is the oldest business and one of the first animal hospitals north of the Missouri River. Dr. Tom Eagle first opened the hospital's doors in 1946, making Eagle Animal Hospital a landmark in Riverside, Parkville, Platte County and throughout the Greater Kansas City area
