It has always been Dr. Placke’s life long dream to open up his own practice. After graduation Dr. Placke worked for numerous other animal clinics before starting his own practice. Raintree Animal was established in October of 2008 in the Raintree shopping center. We occupied this location until August of 2013. To accommodate our ever-expanding clientele, Dr.Placke and Kim decided to build their own facility. In doing this, they could make more room for the patients/boarding guests, and employees. The new facility contains four exam rooms ( 2 dog rooms, 1 cat room, and an exotic/critter room), a surgery suite, larger boarding area for dogs with an out door play/exercise area, boarding area for cats with space to get out and explore free of dogs, dental table, digital radiology center, full pharmacy, and lab/diagnostics
