Duke Veterinary Care is a full-service small animal hospital founded by Dr. Abby Kiefer in 2025. The practice was named after Dr. Kiefer’s personal dog, Duke. Duke is one of the many reasons she pursued veterinary medicine and has been with her through many seasons of life. Since starting her family, Dr. Kiefer has been eager to return to her roots and to the place she calls home—Perryville, Missouri. Dr. Abby has provided care to the surrounding area as an Associate Veterinarian since 2019
