Since 1979, Fulton Veterinary Clinic has been helping sick animals get well, and promoting responsible pet ownership through preventative health care and health-related client education. Established by Dr. James Doug Thrash, the clinic continues today under the direction of his daughter, Dr. Jami Black. She began working as a full time veterinarian at Fulton in 2013. Having served 4 years of Active Duty in the US Army Veterinary Corps and a number of years as a veterinarian in the US Army Reserves, Dr. Black proudly supports military families and their pets
