McQueen Veterinary Hospital was conceived as an industry disrupter. Over several years, we noticed increased corporatization across the veterinary industry, which has led to less personalized service and care, yet paradoxically higher costs. We intervened to create a hospital focused on providing an elevated customer experience and specialist quality medical care. To achieve this goal, we have considered our clients' and pets' experience in every detail of the hospital design. The result is an elegant, sophisticated, and welcoming space that recreates the feeling and experience of a boutique luxury hotel. Within this space, we have cultivated a standard of care for our patients that exceeds the medical services offered at traditional veterinary hospitals. Founded by Dr. Lachlan McQueen and Dr. Kelsey Hanson, the hospital was designed with both pets and their owners in mind, blending advanced medical expertise with a refined, hospitality-driven approach
