Dr. Moore leads a dedicated team all focused on delivering thorough, compassionate care and exceptional customer service. Together, we strive to ensure every client and patient receives the attention and expertise they deserve

East Slope Veterinary Service was established by Dr. Craig Moore in 2011. Working from a small office at Front Range Supply, Dr. Moore also had the opportunity to travel to Russia, providing veterinary oversight for international cattle shipments. In 2014, the clinic moved to its first location on the north side of Choteau. During this period, Dr. Moore focused on both large and small animal care. As the patient load and clientele continued to grow, the practice expanded by adding additional team members and relocating once again to better serve the community. In September of 2017, the clinic relocated to the south end of town, settling into its current facility. This move provided significantly more space, allowing for an expanded range of veterinary services and improved workflow for both large and small animal care. The updated location offers dedicated areas for examinations, treatments, and client support, strengthening the clinic’s ability to meet the growing needs of the community while maintaining a high standard of care
