Overview

At Truss Vet, our veterinary urgent care team is here to help when your pet needs medical attention, but it’s not a life-threatening emergency. We treat a wide range of conditions, including: Vomiting & Diarrhea, Ear & Eye Infections, Itchy Skin, Hot Spots & Allergies, Minor Injuries & Limping, Urinary Tract Issues, Accidental Ingestions (toxins, foreign objects, etc.), Coughing, Sneezing & Respiratory Concerns, Wounds, Bites & Stings, Lethargy or Sudden Behavior Changes

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we watched as more than 26 million pets were adopted, and veterinary teams faced unprecedented demand. We’ve also been a part of dozens of veterinary clinics and felt like there was an opportunity to reimagine the traditional animal hospital experience. So we launched Truss Vet. Our name is a hat-tip to this idea that we’re bridging gaps in care and strengthening the Triangle community by supporting veterinary teams and pet owners alike (like a “truss” supports a bridge)

Mission — We envision a more compassionate world where quality of life is elevated, where there is joy in the human-animal bond unencumbered by poor health, limited resources, or inadequate access to care
