Originally founded in 2011, our trusted team of dedicated doctors and care coordinators has walked alongside families through some of the most tender moments in their pets’ lives, supporting families with compassionate end-of-life care for their pets for over a decade. So when Gentle Journey began in 2023, our mission-and the hearts behind it-remained the same. We continue to offer gentle in-home veterinary hospice and palliative care, consultations, quality-of-life assessments, and peaceful euthanasia services for families throughout Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, the surrounding Triangle communities, and beyond
