What reviewers say
This 24/7 emergency and specialty referral hospital features modern facilities equipped with advanced diagnostic technology, including an MRI machine. The clinical team includes knowledgeable specialists in areas such as surgery, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, and cardiology who frequently deliver life-saving interventions and compassionate end-of-life care. While many families praise the thorough communication, prompt triage during critical moments, and empathetic support from doctors and veterinary technicians, others encounter significant challenges. Common pain points include lengthy wait times, very high costs with steep upfront deposit requirements, occasional communication breakdowns regarding discharge instructions or treatment plans, and administrative friction at the front desk.
