Central Spay Neuter and Wellness Clinic is a regionally recognized companion animal veterinary practice that focuses on high-volume, high-quality, low-cost spay and neuter surgeries. Our staff is comprised of talented and dedicated surgeons and support personnel who are all committed to the task of reducing the number of homeless animals in our local communities through spaying and neutering

Our facility opened in 2004 and since that time we have been performing an average 8000 spay and neuter surgeries per year for companion animals in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina. We are privileged to work with a wide variety of shelters, humane societies, and other animal welfare organizations across numerous counties. Without their tireless efforts to sterilize animals, we would not be able to manage nearly the volume of surgery that is needed in our area. Our clinic however is also open to anyone from the general public who is seeking sterilization, vaccination or wellness services for their pets. Our facility has over 5000 square feet of space with a state of the art operating arena, surgical preparation room and kennel areas for up to 80 animals
