Founded by Dr. Williams, our board-certified expert in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and surgery, Eastern Carolina Veterinary Medical Center began with a vision to offer pets in Eastern North Carolina the same high level of medical expertise available at top-tier human hospitals. What started as a specialty-focused practice has since grown into a thriving, full-service referral and emergency hospital
