In-home preventative & end-of-life care for companion animals

There were many instances while I was in general practice where a client had expressed to me their desire for a vet to be able to come to their house instead of having to come into the clinic. Whether their reasoning was because they had multiple animals and it was hard to get them in at once, their pet was very anxious/nervous at the clinic, they had time constraints, or they simply wanted to be in the comfort of their own home, it was apparent that there was a need! So after I decided to leave general practice, I decided I wanted to start an in-home practice focusing on preventative medicine and end of life care as these are the two areas of general practice I really enjoyed!
