NorthStar VETS began in 2000 when Founder and Chief Medical Officer, Daniel Stobie, DVM, MS, DACVS, launched a mobile surgery practice. Due to the demand for this level of specialized care, the practice soon expanded to a brick-and-mortar location offering around-the-clock care by board-certified veterinarians in multiple specialties. Today, we're a nationally recognized emergency, trauma, and specialty veterinary hospital—one of the largest independently owned referral practices of its kind—with more than 250 staff, including 50-plus veterinarians in more than 20 specialties, providing care at three locations in central New Jersey, South Jersey, and the Jersey Shore
