Overview
A Lifeline for Rescues and Homeless Pets. Where homeless pets get the care they deserve
Dr. Perkins opened a low cost spay/neuter clinic in 1980. Recently I started 'Sheltering Vets' which is a practice that is dedicated to humane societies, rescue groups, and shelters
Mission — We exist because there are so many homeless and rescue pets that need access to basic veterinary services. We work directly with shelters and rescue groups to ensure that these pets receive a high standard of veterinary care for these basic needs. We are focused on expanding access for these pets, so they can live a better life. Because they deserve no less
