At Albuquerque Cat Clinic, we believe that the bond between cats and their caretakers is extremely special. We also believe that protecting and preserving our feline patients’ health, both physical and mental, is essential to the continuance of this bond. We recognize that visits to the veterinarian can be stressful for both cat and owner. We work diligently to provide a quiet, relaxing environment and excellent customer service in order to create an experience that is as pleasant as possible

Dr. Walker graduated from veterinary school and immediately began working at a very busy 'mixed animal' practice in Oklahoma. She was able to get a lot of experience very quickly, but it didn’t feel like what she wanted out of her career. After some time she realized she wanted to open and operate her own cat practice. So with the support from her family, she relocated back to New Mexico where she worked hard to finally open Albuquerque Cat Clinic in March of 2004
