Overview
Mobile veterinary surgery refers to specialized surgical services provided at your family veterinary clinic. We are able to perform many advanced orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries while utilizing your family veterinarian’s facility for anesthesia, preoperative and post operative care
Dr. Katja Lin completed all her training at the University of Minnesota, finishing her surgical residency in 2012. After her residency she established a surgical service at a small animal practice in Chico, CA. In 2015, Dr. Lin relocated to Las Vegas to join the surgical team at the Las Vegas Specialty Center, where she stayed on for four years. She left to shift her focus towards orthopedics. However, when the pandemic emerged, she adapted by providing mobile surgery services in Sacramento and locum surgery in Reno, NV, and Orange County, CA. In 2023, Dr. Lin took a sabbatical to welcome her son and decided to lay deeper roots in Las Vegas. This led to the founding of Red Rock Veterinary Surgery in 2024
