Sierra Veterinary Hospital

Established as an independent primary care hospital in 1972 by Dr. Woodrow Allen, SVH opened its doors in the front half of a feed store on the east side of Nevada’s state capital: Carson City. In the shadow of Lake Tahoe, the team of doctors leading this hospital began their pursuit of excellence, spurred on by a desire for innovation and treating clients and patients like the friends and family they are. That attitude holds today with our team of professional and wonderfully courteous client coordinators, veterinary assistants, veterinary technicians, and boarding attendants, not to mention our knowledgeable and experienced veterinarians
