Founded in 2000 by Harold Vosko. Key milestones: 2003 first Community Cat Clinic; 2009 spay/neuter ordinance passed; 2010 opened Spay & Neuter Clinic on Eastern Avenue; 2014 reached 100,000 patients; 2015 Clark County legalized TNR; 2021 achieved 96% decrease in euthanasia rates; 2021 launched Community Cat Action Fund; 2023 created The Romeo Fund; 2024 microchipping ordinances passed; 2024 TNR approved in Henderson; 2025 celebrated 25 years and 200,000 spay/neuter surgeries
