Full Service Care is available for Dogs, Cats & Household Pocket Pets such as Ferrets, Rabbits, Rodents, Guinea Pigs, Chinchillas, etc. Our services include exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, hospitalized treatment, surgical services, boarding, and dentistry. The philosophy of Southern Hills Animal Hospital is to offer the highest standard of medicine and preventative care while tailoring the services rendered to the individual client and patient. As such, client education will be emphasized to help owners better comprehend their pet's medical status, so they can make informed decisions about their pet's care
Dr. Sara Blakesley graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and began her career as a Veterinarian at Lone Mountain Animal Hospital. In 2011, she moved to Dewey Veterinary Medical Center where she practiced until December 2014. After 12 years of practicing, she finally decided to begin a new practice of her own, Southern Hills Animal Hospital
