Dr. Gleason graduated from Colorado State University in 2004 with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM). She began her veterinary career in Las Vegas, Nevada, before practicing in Maryland and North Carolina. In 2012, she moved to the Carson Valley area and spent the first few years leading the rehabilitation department at Sierra Veterinary Specialists in Reno. This experience solidified her passion for integrative and rehabilitative care, leading her to found Life Quality Pet Care in 2016
