Overview
Hudson Valley Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (HVARS) is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue, wildlife rehabilitation center & low cost vet service clinic
In 2011 we opened our first low cost spay/neuter and vaccine clinic as a mobile hospital. Weekly we ran clinics out of our local Petco's parking lot where people were able to come and receive vaccines and affordable spaying & neutering services. In 2015 we opened our stationary hospital that we run out of to this day. We renovated an old barn on our founders property and little by little made it ready to serve the community in so many ways. We are now a multi Vet facility that offers everything from wellness clinics to more complex surgeries, dentals, x-rays, bloodwork and more
Mission — Our mission started when we felt there was such a need to be able to bring affordable vet care to our community
