In 1996, husband and wife team Dr. Richard Mathes and Dr. Catherine Homrig started Pumpkin Hill Veterinary Clinic in a small building near their home. They wanted to build a veterinary practice that was comfortable for patients and where pet caretakers would be partners in making decisions for their companions or livestock. Decades later, Pumpkin Hill Veterinary Clinic continues to reflect a dedication to making pets and pet parents feel at ease when visiting their veterinarian. Today, the practice resides in a renovated home, bringing a warm feeling to anyone who walks through the doors. The windows and skylights let in sunlight, while the hard wood paneling brings a more natural atmosphere – no cold, clinical feeling here!
