Central New York’s Spay Neuter Assistance Program (CNY SNAP) is a grassroots, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, established in 2005 and run entirely by volunteers. Since our founding in 2005, we've successfully spayed/neutered more than 58,000 dogs and cats
Mission — Our mission is to address the over-population of cats and dogs in our community by providing low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination services at our bi-weekly clinics for low-income residents and caretakers of barn cat and feral cat colonies

Visit Adoptable Cats: Monday: 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday: By Appointment Wednesday: 4:30-5:30 p.m. Thursday: 6-7 p.m. Friday: 9-11 a.m. & 6-7 p.m. Saturday: 11 a.m.–12 p.m. Sunday: 4:30-5:30 p.m. Spay/Neuter Clinic: Mondays & Saturdays, by appointment only!
