CNY SNAP is a volunteer-run, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization located in Upstate New York. We're committed to offering affordable spay/neuter services and finding loving homes for cats and kittens through our adoption program in Cortland, NY, and PetSmart in DeWitt, NY

Central New York’s Spay Neuter Assistance Program (CNY SNAP) is a grassroots, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, established in 2005 and run entirely by volunteers. Since our founding in 2005, we've successfully spayed/neutered more than 58,000 dogs and cats

Mission — Our mission is to address the over-population of cats and dogs in our community by providing low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination services at our bi-weekly clinics for low-income residents and caretakers of barn cat and feral cat colonies
