Johnson City Veterinary Hospital opened its doors in October 1999. Dr. Steve Holowinski, his wife Debbie, and their Doberman 'Dino' started practice at a modern multi-hospital near Hartford, CT. In 1990, they moved back to the Triple Cities area to start a family
