Overview

Trinity Veterinary Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital in Lancaster, NY, providing comprehensive care for dogs, cats, and select exotic pets. Our independently owned practice supports families across Lancaster and the greater Western New York region with wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, rehabilitation, and compassionate, relationship-based medicine — delivered by a team that honors the lifelong relationship between pets, their owners, and our veterinary care team

Proudly independently owned by Dr. Susan Mineo, DVM, MBA. Her lifelong passion for caring for pets and their families has guided her through her nearly 25-year career. In 2014, she co-founded Alliance Animal Hospital and together with her devoted team, led the transition of the Broadway Street location in Lancaster to the new, proudly independent, Trinity Veterinary Hospital. While our name is new, our team and approach to care remain familiar to many families in Lancaster and the surrounding Western New York region

Mission — At the heart of Trinity Veterinary Hospital is a shared mission: to provide compassionate, reliable veterinary care while fostering trust among our team, clients, and patients. We value open communication, collaborative problem-solving, and a supportive team culture — because when our team feels respected and connected, that care extends naturally to the pets and families we serve throughout Lancaster and nearby communities
