Dr. Jackson Chen was raised in Huntington Beach, California. His love and passion for animals led him to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. He did a year of internship at Long Island Veterinary Specialty Hospital. He has been in general practice ever since. Alittle over 10 years ago he wanted to be able to do more for his patients so he decided to pursue veterinary acupuncture. He then completed his training and received his Certification for Veterinary Acupuncture at the Chi Institute, under Dr. Huisheng Xie, a world-renowned TCVM practitioner. For over a decade, Dr. Chen has been integrating veterinary acupuncture as part of his treatment in helping debilitated or ill patients
