Feline Health first opened its doors in February 1979. Dr. Perper was the founding owner and Dr. Edward Kepner joined him in October of 1979. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Perper retired. In February of 1989, Feline Health moved to its current location at 1533 1st Ave on the Upper East Side. Dr. Kepner hired Dr. Cori Blair in July of 2017 as an Associate Veterinarian. In March 2021, Dr. Kepner retired, and Dr. Blair took over the practice
