What reviewers say

57% Mixed sentiment
based on 558 reviews

Valley Veterinary Associates provides emergency and routine veterinary services, serving as a crucial local resource for urgent weekend and after-hours pet care. While many clients describe the clinical team as exceptionally compassionate, knowledgeable, and capable of saving pets in critical condition, others report significant concerns regarding billing transparency, high costs during emergencies, and inconsistent communication from the front desk and specific providers. The facility offers same-day appointment availability for urgent needs, though scheduling conflicts and policy restrictions on prescription fulfillment occasionally create friction. Overall, experiences vary widely depending on the attending provider and the nature of the visit, ranging from life-saving emergency interventions to deeply distressing administrative and clinical disputes.
